Context:

HORUS Geomatics is a new line of services dedicated to geomarketing applications.

Geomatics is the technical branch of geography.
It is a combination of technologies that allow modeling then representing the results through maps to analyze the localization and the behavior of customers.

This mapping approach allows analysing a large amount raw data by turning them into useful and intelligible way of understanding:
   - Location and valuation of the demand per customers, traffic volume and incomes at the most detailed geographical level (sq. km.);
   - Identification, localization and characterization of hotspots generating direct and indirect demand;
   - Analysis of operational data and predictive uses studies (for clients), catchment areas (for agents).

This service is designed for network operators and widely for decentralized public and private infrastructure roll-out projects (distribution, banking …). It is the objective of Horus Geomatics services to optimize both technical and commercial networks and accelerate the Return-On-Investment (ROI).

Project cycle:

1. Demand model

Statistical calculation of the demand for telecom services at the finest geographical level (in minutes, US $ and Go for data). Assessment of number of BTS per area.

2. Mapping

Static Map-Info mapping or dynamic mapping via a web interface (see below).

3. Strategic analysis

Market segmentation, technical and commercial coverage strategy, deployment plan assistance, etc.
